MyMcDVoice is not the name of an official survey site. People who search it usually want one of two real McDonald’s surveys: McDVOICE.com, which asks for a 26-digit survey code, or MyMcDonaldsVoice.com, which asks for a 28-digit survey code or a QR scan. The web address printed on your receipt decides which one is yours.
Which survey does your receipt use?
Look at the survey line on the receipt before you open any website. Count the digits of the survey code and read the web address next to it.
| What your receipt shows | Survey site | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| A 26-digit survey code and www.mcdvoice.com | McDVOICE.com | All 26 digits in six boxes (5-5-5-5-5-1) |
| www.mcdvoice.com but no 26-digit code | McDVOICE.com alternate entry | Receipt details through the “If you do not have a 26-digit code” link |
| A QR code or a 28-digit survey code and MyMcDonaldsVoice.com | MyMcDonaldsVoice.com | Scan the QR code, or type all 28 digits in six boxes (5-5-5-5-5-3) |
| No survey address at all | None | That receipt has no survey invitation, so there is nothing to enter |
If your receipt says mcdvoice.com, you can stop here and follow our McDVOICE survey guide. The rest of this page explains the 28-digit survey and the differences between the two sites.
McDVOICE.com vs MyMcDonaldsVoice.com
We checked both entry pages on 16 October 2026. They look alike because SMG (Service Management Group) runs both, but the code format and the details on the page are different.
| Detail on the entry page | McDVOICE.com | MyMcDonaldsVoice.com |
|---|---|---|
| Survey code length | 26 digits | 28 digits |
| QR code option | Not mentioned | Yes, scan the receipt QR code with the phone camera |
| Receipt without a code | Alternate entry link on the page | No alternate entry link on the page |
| Languages | English and Spanish | English and Arabic |
| McDonald’s privacy policy link | McDonald’s U.S. website | McDonald’s Saudi Arabia website |
| Validation code mentioned before you start | Yes, for the offer printed on the receipt | No |
| Survey limit stated on the page | Up to five surveys per month per restaurant | Not stated |

The privacy link is the clearest clue. McDVOICE.com points to McDonald’s U.S. privacy page, while MyMcDonaldsVoice.com points to McDonald’s Saudi Arabia site. So a U.S. receipt with a 26-digit code belongs on McDVOICE.com, not on MyMcDonaldsVoice.com.
Why a code fails on the other site
The two sites do not share codes. The last box on McDVOICE.com takes one digit, and the last box on MyMcDonaldsVoice.com takes three. A 28-digit code will not fit McDVOICE.com, and a 26-digit code leaves MyMcDonaldsVoice.com two digits short.
Do not drop or add digits to make a code fit. If the boxes do not match the number of digits on your receipt, you are on the wrong site. Go back and type the address exactly as the receipt prints it.
How to start the MyMcDonaldsVoice survey
- Use the receipt. Keep it in front of you. The QR code and the 28-digit code are both printed on it.
- Scan or type. Open your phone camera and scan the QR code, or go to the MyMcDonaldsVoice.com address printed on the receipt.
- Pick a language. The entry page has English and Arabic. Use the language link at the bottom of the box to switch.
- Enter all 28 digits. The boxes take 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 and 3 digits. Type them in order from the receipt.
- Press Start and answer the questions about your visit.
The MyMcDonaldsVoice entry page does not say what you get at the end. If your receipt prints an offer, the receipt’s own terms decide the item, the deadline, and where you can use it. We could not verify a reward or validation-code rule for this survey, so we do not list one.
If your receipt says McDVOICE.com
This is the U.S. survey: its page links to McDonald’s U.S. privacy policy and offers English and Spanish. McDVOICE.com asks for the 26-digit survey code printed in the middle of the receipt. If the code is missing, the page has a link for entering other receipt details instead. After the survey, you get a validation code to write on the receipt and use for the offer printed on it. The page also says your answers do not change whether you get that offer.

MyMcDVoice FAQs
Is MyMcDVoice the same as McDVOICE?
Usually, yes. Most people who type “mymcdvoice” are looking for McDVOICE.com, the 26-digit survey. But MyMcDonaldsVoice.com is a separate survey with a 28-digit code, so check your receipt before you choose.
Is MyMcDonaldsVoice.com an official McDonald’s survey?
The page is titled McDonald’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, is powered by SMG, and links to McDonald’s Saudi Arabia privacy policy. Use it only when your receipt prints that address or a QR code that opens it.
Can I use a 28-digit code on McDVOICE.com?
No. McDVOICE.com has room for exactly 26 digits. A 28-digit code belongs on MyMcDonaldsVoice.com.
Do I need an account or login?
No. Neither entry page asks for a username or password. McDVOICE.com asks for the survey code or receipt details, and MyMcDonaldsVoice.com asks for the QR scan or the 28-digit code.
Can I take the survey without a receipt?
No. Both surveys start from details printed on a receipt. A code from someone else’s receipt or a “free code” website is not a valid way in.
