  1. I’m am a frequent customer and I think you should know that you’re store at Power Rd and Hampton service is terrible. I ordered foo on line and when I arrived it was still about twenty minutes to get my food, but that not the worst of it the ice cream was delivered about 10 minutes before the sandwiches and needless they were pretty well melted before I got home. When I complained they said sorry and went back in kitchen. Also the soda machine was out of ice and they said they didn’t have time to fill it. I normally don’t complain, but this has happened several times. Just thought you would like to know

Multiple times I have gone in for breakfast to go and my order is not rite, items missing….by the time I realize I’m in the car and down the road on the way to work….. I guess I can blame myself for not opening the bag to check but I dont think I should have to. It’s not the outside of the bag and they still get it wrong. I get once in a while but it happens enough for me to take the time and complain. Not sure I’ll ever go back…. Lost a customer.

  5. This is a suggestion to add to the menu: Try making fish nuggets. Then make a combo snack meal with fish nuggets, Chicken nuggets & fries. Also add to the menu onion rings & hot dogs. You should also have Mcdonald’s Monopoly game. R.I. Mcdonald’s has it.

  6. this is about your location at 1305 W. 5th St Marysville ohio 43040. You might as well make it a drive thru location only. Since your employees at this location can gives a dam about the public walking in. Those kios’s at the door are useless…and since non of your employees have no customer service skills at all the location should be closed so what if that lobby is half way clean. It does not help your managers will wear a hairnet with gloves and still fix their with the glives still on and go back to handling good and making orders…Its pathetic

We eat at McDonalds 4-5 times a week and find the food and prices very pleasant but on Mon. 4/14 we had a new employee serve us who completely messed up our order, My mocha iced coffee had no taste and only a touch of cream. My wife always gets a plain black decafe coffee because of her diabetes but it came with cream and sugar so I had to buy a third coffee

I got me a quarter pounder with everything on it and the only thing that was on it was ketchup and mustard and onions and I said everything which includes lettuce tomato and onions that was not on my quarter pounder but I did get my medium fry in my drink I’m very dissatisfied with their service

    I ordered medium fries, a seniors sprite and a medium cup of water.
    I paid with a $100 bill.
    The young lady asked if I had anything different, I told her that did not.
    The manager came to the wind and said that he would take the bill this time . I told him, that was all I had.
    He told me that it makes no sense to pay $4… bill , with a $100 bill.
    I told him, that I was only passing through, that I live in Houston.
    He repeated himself about taking the bill this time.
    I told him that I didn’t see a sign, he told me that they don’t need one.
    Leaves me the feel that there is no policy in place regarding payments and that he being selective.

  15. Today I attempted to buy one double cheeseburger get one for $1 as advertised however manager on duty said I can’t due to me paying with a $5 gift card? Which I thought was usually applied same as cash? However he changed my order to reg cheese burger bogo $1 and allowed the purchase? I’m confused ? Someone please explain to me?   23. I ordered tro PLAIN quarter pounders with cheese. I got two quarter pounders triple everything. I didn’t check my order there. They were for my gigs that can’t have onion, pickles ketchup or mustard. So needless to say they went into the trash. I live 15 minutes away to take them back. Not happy at this moment.

  25. On 3/5/2025 I stopped at your restaurant at 829 NY RT 146, Clifton Park, NY. I waited in line to order a diet coke. It took 10 minutes waiting in my car to order this. I received my order 20 minutes later. If I did not pay for the soda I would have left. The person taking the order was also the person handing out the orders. This gives a new meaning to “Fast Food”. I hope you will deal with this problem because I will think twice before stopping at this McD’s again.

I visited McDonald’s location #11211 this morning 3/15/2025 at approximately 9:17am.. not only was the drive thru service bad but even when speaking with the manager Esperanza EVEN then wasn’t no help at all!   29. I went through the drive through at restaurant # 318. I ordered 2 sausage burritos and 1 sausage gravy biscuits and headed to work. A couple of blocks away I decided to pull over and eat. The burritos were good. Barely warm. But good. I don’t know about the sausage gravy and biscuits……… because they didn’t give me any plastic ware to eat with. I can’t bring food into where I work. So I had to throw it away. I hate paying for food I can’t eat. And who would put food in a bag and not wonder about something so simple as how is anyone going to eat this?

  31. On March 3, 2025 at 4:15 pm restaurant # is 14210. I ordered a Big Mac meal got it home it was made as a hamburger, I called and the manager told me that they were short handed and that they were training I told her not to take it out on your customers she told me to complain on line and never call again. Couple days before that I had ordered a hamburger happy meal and didn’t even get the hamburger. When I called he didn’t care. I will not be going to this McDonald ever again. If this is the way they treat there customers they don’t deserve my money. I told them if it wasn’t for your customers you wouldn’t have a job. This McDonald’s have gone way down hill it seems like every time I go there they can’t make my food right or I have missing food.

  32. I placed a mobile order on 3/9/25 order #1932 at 5:04 pm at the Yadkinville location. I was parked in curb side 7. We ordered 1 BBQ Bacon QPC meal with large fry and large drink, 1 spicy McCrispy meal with large fry and large drink, 2 Dbl Filet meals one with xtra tarter, add xtra pickles and lettuce with large fry and large drink, the other with xtra tarter and add xtra pickles with large fry and large drink. When we got home we only had a fish filet not a double fish filet. Tried to call them but no one would pick up. I am down 2 Dbl filets and no one will respond. Use caution when going to the Yadkinville McDonalds!

  33. The McDonald’s app is unusable at the restaurant on 47th Ave in Greeley, Colorado. This is the only McDonald’s where I have a problem.
